    Several years ago I held a position of the sales representative for medical equipment. Having passed a long way I was promoted to a position of  head of the sales department. Never be satisfied with what has already been achieved – that’s my secret and my daily inner motto!

I think that the Head should avoid patronizing the workers, support any initiative by all means, undertake responsibility, develop professional competence and monitor the team’s progress.
