«Go Red for Women»: conference for cardiologists and therapists.
Care for people and promotion of a healthy lifestyle are important values of our company, which are reflected both in the everyday philosophy of our employees and in the philosophy of our brands. The Swiss brand Microlife, represented in Belarus by our company, has always been distinguished by the desire to increase the level of people’s knowledge about prevention of cardiovascular diseases and by that to keep them health. That’s why the ALT team and the Microlife brand took an active part in the conference for cardiologists and therapists “Go red and keep the heart healthy!”, which took place on March 4, 2017 and brought together 150 doctors.
The meeting turned out bright. Women did not happen to be in the center of the event: their role in heart diseases prevention in the family and loved ones is perhaps the defining. According to the dress code, the participants were wearing red dresses, symbolizing the concern about growth of cardiovascular diseases. The conference was held within the international social and educational project initiated by the American Heart Association (AHA) in 2004. The project united the best specialists of Belarus, Russia and Poland, who shared their experience and knowledge!
