Our guys did not wait for autumn, which is traditionally associated with the start of the school year. The training season began in our company in August.
On August 23-24, sales representatives held training on the topic of “Effective Negotiations”, and on August 30-31 on the topic of “Public Presentations”.
Training days were rich and dynamic. All participants were waiting for a marathon of group discussions, practical exercises and public speaking.
These days, the guys could pump not only the skills of conducting negotiations and presentations, but also include improvisation, creative thinking, and also feel the importance of teamwork.
Following the results of the training, all participants were ceremoniously awarded certificates and then everyone was given feedback on how to improve their skills.
